In 2014, I was one of the Aurifil Designer’s of the Month. My Nana’s Buttons quilt block was inspired by my Nana, my great-grandmother. I spent many hours with her as a young child sorting through her button tin.

I have NOT yet made this quilt, but I did read through the instructions. They are clear and well-illustrated. I think it will be fairly simple to do, provided I can keep from stretching those bias edges!

Unfortunately recovering from thumb/wrist surgery so no quilting for awhile but I look forward to using it in the future.
