Initial download problems sorted

Having initially had a problem with the link to the digital product not working, Becky responded and I have received the digital planner. I am delighted with it.

In an ideal world there would be an acknowledgement of email contact/social media contact (even if it is an automatic responder saying that they hope to reply within e days!) rather than dead quiet, and that would help overcome concerns that are currently being voiced on social media..

However, when it arrived, it was a friendly message from Becky and an immediate resolution - so well done for that and for the lovely planner.
